Name

And even though the moment passed me by
I still can’t turn away
‘Cause all the dreams you never thought you’d lose
Got tossed along the way
And letters that you never meant to send
Get lost or thrown away

And now we’re grown up orphans
That never knew their names
We don’t belong to no one
That’s a shame

But if you could hide beside me
Maybe for a while
And I won’t tell no one your name
And I won’t tell em’ your name

And scars are souvenirs you never lose
The past is never far
Did you lose yourself somewhere out there
Did you get to be a star
And don’t it make you sad to know that life
Is more than who we are

We grew up way too fast
And now there’s nothing to believe
Reruns all become our history
A tired song keeps playing on a tired radio
And I won’t tell no one your name
And I won’t tell em’ your name
I won’t tell em’ your name
Mmm, mmm, mmm,

I won’t tell em’ your name… Ow!

I think about you all the time
But I don’t need the same
It’s lonely where you are come back down,
And I won’t tell em your name

Aries
(March 21-April 19)
You’re in the right place with the right equipment. The outcome isn’t certain, but your prospects look good. Add a touch of caution to your already potent mix of strengths.

THE ROAD NOT TAKEN
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I-
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

“Choose life. Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family. Choose a fucking big television. Choose washing machines, cars, compact disc players and electrical tin openers….. Choose DIY and wondering who the fuck you are on a Sunday morning. Choose sitting on that couch watching mind numbing, spirit crushing game shows, stuffing junk food into your mouth. Choose rotting away at the end of it all, pissing your last in a miserable home, nothing more than an embarrassment to the selfish, fucked-up brats you spawned to replace yourself. Choose your future. Choose life….. But why would I want to do a thing like that?”

Blah

Must, feel, better, by, Friday…… This is my current mantra.
Going to see Autumn tonight. Yay! Perhaps I can actully sleep tonight.
I have been sleeping poorly the last two nights. Last night, I must have woken up a billion times, or more like 25-30. It was insane.
Weird dreams too. Made no sense. Must get sleep…..ZZZzzzzzZZZZZ………

INVITATION | The Eleventh Annual Barnes Lectureship

As I may have mentioned before, I’m apparently a Brown alumni.. So this is the kinda crap I get in my inbox.

Is it spam if they think you’re someone else? I also apparently work in Germany as a lab researcher and volunteer for the fire dept. in North Carolina. I know.. I’m very busy.
