As a last ditch effort, we should turn on Skynet right before Obama's plans are competed. So about this time next year, we just need to make sure to trail the start up command with "shutdown -P 15" Just long enough for Skynet to launch the nukes but not hunt the survivors.
It's a matter of principle.
I was talking to my wife about how good our son is, after I found him looking through a book on this toddler bed (He's 16 months) and he's been sleeping in his toddler bed all week, with no problems. I was thinking about a Super Nanny episode where they had to convince the kid to stop using a pacifier. We never had to do that, my son used a pacifier for maybe 6 months and we just stopped giving it to him.
So furthermore, if you asked me "How do I get my child to stop using a pacifier?" I wouldn't know my son isn't a wuss. :)
Andrew woke up twice last night, he has been sleeping in his toddler bed still but the last time he woke up it was 5am and he didn't want to go back to sleep. So him and I watched Batman Begins. Good times, good times.
Almost every other week, an employee comes to me with the complaint that "My printer doesn't work". It is always that, their password expired today and they chose not to change it until tomorrow. Well that's great except when the printers are on the network (all of our printers), and when your password expires your LAN access expires.. No one every gets it, I just ask them if their password expired today "Well yeah", "Change it and log back on", "Okay..."
On another note, I tried to mention something about this on twitter, and couldn't manage to fit it into 140 characters.. Oh well..
